ILR Same day Service for directors

Hi,

If some one is doing a job and in addition to this he is also providing contractor services through his limited company. Is he eligible for ILR using the window service?

The employment is his main area of earnings. And he is providing the contractor services through his limited company. He is director in the company and his company is not registered as PAYE with HMRC. He is only drawing three monthly dividends from his business.

Will he be classed as employee or director of limited company? what wil be his future?
