My husband, the main applicant moved to the UK 4 months back...... He has a bank account both in the UK as well as back in India. Should he be showin his maintenance funds of 2800pounds in his UK Bank account or in the other account which he has in India??!!
I find the UKBA website to be ambiguous and confusin bout the fund maintenance......
They keep changin things and I don't want my visa to get rejected statin d reason, that since the main applicant's been in the UK, he should have maintained the funds in his UK account and not in any other account n all...... I currently live in India and plannin to apply for a Dependant Visa quite soon..... So, is it okay if as a Dependant, I show my side of maintenance funds of 1600pounds in my personal bank account in India or even that has to be deposited along with the main applicant's 2800 in the UK account/or his any other account??!!
