Hi Guys,

can you help me with my query ?

can you apply for OCI within India if you are a British citizen/Passport holder and never held a Indian passport, but my father did and have only his school leaving certificate ??

If so how long does it take within India?

You can apply for OCI in India only if you are a "foreign national resident in India" and eligible for OCI.
