Post by mirzhar » Sun Sep 18, 2011 1:47 pm

My question this time is

I have 4EUFAM one Irish born baby

I am thinking to leaving this country and move in any other eu country ?

Which country with be best for me and also do i have to get wife to move there first and find job then go or under Eu free movement we all can go and find job and then apply for PR in which ever country we are?

I am so dis heart here and also i have DUI conviction on the way soon too.

NO way they will grant me ILR or Passport

Guys your suggestion are valuable and will change the life of some one completely

Thanks

you can easily go to eu if you have current permission eu4fam.than you can apply for residence card.but its not so easy to move to another eu country if you dont know the language.its hard to get the job without knowing there mothertongue.i think its better if you can stay in ireland.i know you have drink driving charges but it isnot end of the world

So your wife is British and you have a Residence Card (4EUFam).

If you want to move to another EU country, including to the UK, it is now very straight forward for you.

You just move. For the first 90 days there there are no requirements on you, but after that your EU wife will need to work or be considered self-sufficient.

Where would you like to move?

If you move to another country while your case is in the court and do not attend court proceedings you will be classed as absconder and could be blacklisted (more serious charge). Best thing to do is face the music here regarding your DD charge. Also keep in mind Gardai are obliged to provide samples in court from the machine they took in Garda stations, you said in your earliest posts the result didn't show up? If i were you i would get a solicitor and prepare now rather than wait for the court letter. You could even get your case struck out for insufficient evidence who knows but the worst thing you could do is make decisions while in panic.

As far as moving to another country is concerned as previous poster said you can move to anywhere in the EU with your spouse since you have EUFAM4 card but only for 3 months after that your spouse should be exercising her treaty rights (meaning working/studying etc) for you to stay longer.

hey thanks for your reply

No i am running away i will attend the court worst come worst while be ban anyway

I am planning after that it will be impossible to apply for citizenship

As job vise and better future ....... I am thinking to move somewhere else as no jobs been left in Ireland

every day 100 Irish are moving then why not we can move out and look for better future......

Govt policies are ruining our life and there are bigger crime happening and they looking for me that i cant give them sample evern i never drink in my life and arguing with me anyway It was first and last mistake I have learned a lot of lesson

Hi Mirzhar

I used to live in Ireland on stamp4eufam with my Irish born child having Irish/British passport. My wife was British citizen.
I moved with my family to UK in 2010. But I applied my Uk visa through UK national route being as spouse of UK citizen. This is expensive but you can get your british citizenship after 3 years.
One more thing could you tell me how long u been married with your UK citizen wife? If your marriage is over 4 year. You can straight away apply UK indefinate leave to enter ( ILE).
But Keep in a mind there is job crisis as well but every body has their own luck so good luck for you :)
