Asylum Seeker Help

Hi,

I want to marry someone who has got asylum stay here for 5 year. I have got PSW visa with one and half year remaining.

Please what is the procedure to get marry to her and how?

I stand to be corrected but as I understand it, since the abolition of certificate of approval scheme a person's immigration status in the UK doesn't prevent him / her from getting married in the UK.

What will be my status after this marriage as the girl has got 5 year asylum stay and me has got PSW with 1 and half year left, Please.

I don't think you can apply for leave to remain on the basis of your marriage but will need to apply for entry clearance from outside the UK as the spouse of a person with limited leave to enter or remain in the United Kingdom as a refugee or beneficiary of humanitarian protection (319L).
