immigration to Austria-Residance permit Query

Hi, I am Indian got a job offer from Austrian company, and now I have started collecting documents, my consultant told me to get documents ready and apostille done for work permit and residence permit.
one of the important document required for residence permit is birth certificate.

I born in India 1974, government hospital, according to Indian birth registration act 1969, it is required to register child's name within one year and if failed it is allowed to be updated till next 15 years. but due to unawareness my parents failed to do so.


now I am 37 so far I did not require same document anywhere in my carrier I used to produce my leaving certificate of school.

now my consultant told me to get birth certificate only unless she can not proceed further.

I tried my best to visit municipal office to get work done but I failed.
they gave me BirthCertificate which has details of my birth like my father, mother name, place of birth, date of birth BUT NOT MY NAME

I have informed same to consultant but she is not sure weather this will be accepted or not. she told me that it was accepted School leaving certificate till 2007 but after that they made it mandatory to have only birth certificate.

my query is : does any one know about this situation/ or information what is the alternate in such case or what additional document I can produce to get my residency permit, will Austrian authority will accept my birthcertificate without my name on it, if I also add leaving certificate attested with it?
