I HAVE SMALL QUSTION I WANT TO KNOW ABOUT MY SON IF HE IS BRITISH OR NO
MY SON BORN IN SCOTLAND (UNITEDKINGDOM) IN 11.09.2006 AND HE HAVE POLISH PASSPORT.
MY WIFE SHE IS POLISH SHE DONT HAVE Pr rcidence
im non eea i have rc for 5year
so can i apply for him for bristish passport or he is not british

You may be able to register him if mum is a settled person, under Section 1(3) British Nationality Act 1981 otherwise he will have to wait until 10 and register under section 1(4)
