Fiancee visa - evidence... explanation needed........thanks

we are now prepare for apply Fiancee visa. (i am Chinese, he is english)

A) my boyfriend have decree certificate. do we still need his declaration with solicitor for apply fiancee visa in China?

B) What evidence is required of 'intention to live together'-------- do we both need write statement to express we will live together or any documents needed?

C) What evidence is required of marriage arrangements? ---- As we cannot give notice, and a booking at register office will not as evidence, anything we can do ? or is that our simple wedding plan draft will do?
