I am in the same shoes and I sent all my papers to the Home Office, even more this time as they includes my P45,P60, accountants letter etc covering the 5 year period. My ex spouse had already completed 6 years in UK by the time we divorced and worked at the same place, I have a ltter from the employer to prove this. its best to send everything to them for the last time so they have no excuse to delay your application

thank you for your reply,
it's mean you send for them only her employer letter for 6 years nothing else!is it enough?
my main probleme she is going to apply for her citizenchips the same period i'm going to apply for my PR(take more than 3 months for my PR),so for sure she'll not give me her documment (p60's,pay slips...)
it will be great if one letter from her employer is enough, what's you thoughts?, thanks.

That is correct, I send a letter for 6 years proving her employment and also sent 4-5 payslips covering the time from initiation to a month after the decree absolute was granted. Since you have RoR this should be a mere formality. There shouldnt be any burning issues.

I would try maybe a week before the 5 yr period not more than that as HO might return the documents, dont forrget they check everything before they issue a CoA and if you have not completed 5 yrs your application is void.
I sent the following docs:
1. EEA4 Form
2. Proof of divorce initiation, decress absolute (all originals)
3. Marriage certificate
4. Letter from HO confirming I had RoR and am not dependent on EEA National
5. EEA national letter from employer, pay slips
6. My p-45, p-60, letter from accountants, my accounts for a year prepared by accountants, a list of invoices covering about a year for my limited company. covering a period of 5 years
7. proof of co-habitation for about 3 yrs including bank statements, joint and individuals, credit card statements, health insurance policies, home insurance, tenancy agreements, utility bills paylips etc..

all in the packet waas about 1.5kgs. I also sent 2 special delivery envelopes a small one for passport and a bigger one for docs.

I asked for my passport back and HO sent it to me immediately, I got it the next day. they used one of the envelopes I had enclosed with my application.

Even the CoA I recd had all solid information sayig i had applied for PR and a paragraph to employers stating I have the right to work in he UK without restrictions, they said that this should be vaild till 6 months by which time the application should be proccessed and also gave a number that the employers can call for any confirmation they want.
