Tier 1 (General) Extension with Dependent (Questions)

Hi,

I am on Tier 1 (General) and i got this visa in 2008 with old rules which was 20k earning requirement.

I have few questions.

1. I am married now and my wife is in UK and she came from Pakistan on Dependent visa and her visa is expiring on the same date as mine which is in June 2012...., My question is: Which form does she need to fill in to extend her visa with me and what are the requirements for her ?

2. Which form do i need to fill to extend my Tier 1 (General) and what are the requirements for me ?

3. What Rules do i need to follow, the new one or the one when i got this visa last time ?

4. How soon i can apply for an extension ?

Any help would be highly appreciated.
