Naturalisation

we have passed life in the uk test for indefinite visa last year. and home office got all the certification documents for this.

we are about the apply for naturalisation now, and same test results are being asked from us. but i dont have any proof anymore. should i ask them from home office? or should we take test again?

why don't you have any proof?
MAy be you can ask the centre from where you passed your test to give you another certificate.

just click on the first option of sec 1.22 ( I met the knowledge and language and life requirement to qualify the settlement) you do not need to send any proof they will check the record about that ok. hope this will help.

This is incorrect - me and my wife both had to show our test paper at the ncs eventhough my wife applied for the ilr the prev year.
There are 2 things you can do
Call the test centre to see if they can reissue the cert. Or
Call ukba to seek their advice.

this is incorrect hahahaha..................if you click on the sec 1.22 this is correct but NCS is seems different they are very carefull but otherwise ukba do have access to check the internal systme to findout about the passing of kol test.

once you lost or miss or cant find your pass cert. then nobody can reissue you your cert. but if you pass to qualifiy the ILR then its enough to let them know

The NCS will request sight of the certificate. This isn't needed for a postal application. Just tick the box...everything is on the UKBA system.

i will do my application through NCS. will they send my documents even these proofs are missing?

NCS are extremely cautious, and in some cases, inconveniently so. The same applies to the passport check and send service through the post office. Depending on who you get on the day; they may know the actual rule; or insist on the certificate - in case of the latter; argue your case and as a last resort; tell the NCS agent you can sign a piece of paper stating NCS explained the need for the test certificate to you and you're still willing to proceed with the application in the knowledge application maybe rejected (of which there is obviously no risk).

When we applied, the NCS agent took our applications away for what seemed like ages and in the end came back and send she has been on the phone with the HO and would recommend we withdraw my wife's application as she was way above the 450 days allowed absences and also away more than 90 days in the last yr. I said, these 2 are discretionary; she said that is true, however, case for discretion gets weaker as you start infringing on more conditions. I said I understand, but the worst that can happen is the application gets rejected and I lose the feee; she said thats true. So, I proceeded with the applications. She got us to sign two pieces of detailing her explanation.

No.

Also, there is no requirement for the applicant's passport to be valid at the time of naturalisation application.

our child will be included to our application with MN1 form. she is with us in UK for 6 years. should we filled out anything on section 3 of MN1?

From page 21 in Guide MN1 wrote: If the application is in respect of a child born abroad to parents who are British citizens by
descent under section 3 (2) or 3 (5) you should complete this section. Otherwise go
straight to Section 4: Good Character.

So assuming she is applying together with you under section 3(1), then - No.
