Bank Balance in negetive, got ILR, wants to bring parents

its on behalf of my brother who has got ILR in december, he wants to call my parents to UK however his bank statement shows a negetive balance in the last three months. He is full time working and salary coming into the same account.
i was wondering if its a risk to apply for visitor visa for my parents? Do HO check the balance or just confirm if he is getting regular salary in his account.

Do his parents actually need his financial sponsorship? It's only necessary where applicants don't have their own means of support to show for the application. To answer your questions, a persistent negative bank balance from the financial sponsor will be viewed as an indication of insufficient means but this really depends the historical cashflow (loans and overdrafts that are being serviced rather than deliquent might not be an issue) so it's not possible to make absolute predictions.

Parents dont have any funds to show , they dnt work and we look after thier expenses from here.

They have been here 4-5 times and have good immigration historty. Regarding brother's bank balance,its just last three months he used his over draft and gone in negetive.
I personally cnt send the sponship as i am going to apply ILR in nov and will require last three months bank statements.

why can't you obtain duplicate bank statements?
