I completed my Bsc in economics from queen mary University of London june 2010. Now I wanted to do a HNC diploma in poultry production from scottish agriculture collage but my visa was rejected. The reason for refusal given was that this diploma had nothing to do with my previous degree and its at lower level of study. (I wanted to do this diploma because I have a family poultry farming business in Pakistan).
I am looking for some advice on weather I should appeal the decision or is there some law that says you cannot do a course on lower level than your previous one?
I was given 10 points for maintenance but 0 for CAS. The most wierd thing is this that my cosine who had also done a bsc form university of hull before applying for same diploma as mine has gotten his visa.
Any advice on the matter would be appreciated
