Hi!
i'm from India married to Polish citizen , we got married on 27 of april 2011
currently she is working in UK and i want to join her next month or as soon as possible bcoz distance is killing both ofus
can anybody tell me what documents are required for EEA FAMILY PERMIT APPLICATION .
regarding finance , currently i am not working and we can show some 2K £ , is it Enough ?
and what document of evidence are need to prove our marriage is genuine,

My parents are against this marrige as u can expect in India, but i really LOVE her and can't imagine my life without her even she feel same about me, so we both got married without telling my parents in India. is it going to create problem for my EEA FAMILY PERMIT APPLICATION ?

Which option is good either to apply EEA FAMILY permit from INDIA or from POLAND
Please HELP :?

Legally, you are required to provide proper IDs, proof of relationship (marriage certificate) and if your wife is in the UK already for more than three months you need to demonstrate that she is exercising treaty rights. As she obviously is a worker she would need to include an employment letter or work contract and probably a few recent pay slips. You are not required to show any amount of finances. You wife should also write a short letter in which she states that she wishes you to join her.

In principle, you do not need to prove that your marriage is genuine. The certificate alone should suffice but apparently some UK consulates insinuate a marriage of convenience by default if the marriage was contracted rather recently. It is thus your choice if you wish to include any documents that provides evidence for the ongoing relationship. I do not think that having the parent's consent or not is an indicator to the genuineness of the marriage.
