Hi friends
I ve already applied for hsmp and still in waiting list, I ve a confusion can someone tell that to claim senior level points, wat type of evidences are required to submit with the appliceation.

your worry about senior position is genuine. I feel that they[H.O] have some job titles and spec's pre defined and according to it they giving judgement. The spec's could be how many people under you, to whom you are reporting, is your company listed /known /international. They did not specify any rules for it (At least I did not see any thing in web site so far]. Another major point is salary. Senior position is directly linked to the salary. If you are paid according to their table of salaries, they will consider you as senior even if your title reflects nothing. There were several topics with regards to salary and level. you may search it if you want.
