PSW to dependant of Tier 1 General

Post by UKSL » Thu Sep 29, 2011 2:58 pm

Hi!

I'm on PSW expires on Jan 8. I'm working in a company. I got married on July and applied for Tier 1 General Dependant in UK. It was refused. Now I have to apply from my country (SL). Confused about when to go? Meanwhile my husband has visa till Sep 12. Please advice me.....

Any time you wish and definitely before Jan 8.

Thanks for your input.

Would they give me the visa only for 9 months (My husband's visa expires on Sep 12). Can I show my employment letter as a additional document?

1. The expiry date of leave granted to you as dependant of Tier 1 (General) migrant will be same as that of the main Tier 1 (General) migrant.
2. You may, if you wish to. But there is no requirement to provide one and will have no bearing on the outcome of your application.
