Hi

Can anyone help me please I have submitted a appeal for my husbands visa in july and i am still waiting, have emailed the embassy but no replies what else can i do ??

it is for a settlement visa......

Settlement appeals can take upto 6 months to be heard,so you still have a further 3 months to wait.If you sent papers to IAT in UK,contact them if you want,but I am sure they will tell you above

I have been given untiol the 30th november for appeal to be processed. The waiting is quite difficult as I have a newborn child and my husband is missing out on her growing...... i have emailed the embassy 3 or 4 times but no reply i would just like to know if they have looked at my case yet or not.......
