Urgent help on dependant Visa

Post by teenytempa » Sat Oct 01, 2011 2:36 am

Hi,I was on PSW till dec 2012 and so was my wife and son. I recently applied for tier 2 general and my visa was issued for only two months(this is the weirdest case ever) UKBA said it was because my employer put a date of 90days instead of the normal 3yrs. So I have to do an extension now. My question is when I was switching from psw to tier 2 in-country I did not add my dependants at the time, what happens to their PSW visa that was valid till dec 2012? would they be classified as over-stayers?

Please help is really needed as time is short for me!!!

If the dependants do not intend to travel outside UK before you are issued a new Tier 2 leave, they may wait until then to apply for extension.
