Applying ILR very soon but claiming CTC

i am applying for ILR next week in person at croydon im on spouse visa at the mo. My husband is british... We are recieving child tax credit and goes in my acount i am submitting my bank statement which is showing we are recieving child tax credit my question is will it affect my ILR application? Also can i submit letters from HMRC re: Child tax credit as its shows in my bank statement anyway

Any advise will be appreciated i am very nervous.. My husband and i work full time. My husband recieving child benefit. I have live in the UK for 7 yrs (5 yrs work permit) 2 yrs spouse visa .. I made a mistake 2 yrs ago i should have applied for ILR not spouse visa but nevermind!!
