Tier1 Extension

Hi All,

I am having valid Tier1 Visa which is valid up to 30-April-2012. I am in UK starting from June 2009. I am planning to apply for Tier1 Extension by next Year Feb 2012
As per my company policy I was travelled back to India for 3 months (July - Sep 2011). During these period no UK salary was paid ,but Indian Salary is paid in rupees during this period.
I am doing the part time Jobs as as Consultant and salary is paid in GBP When I am in India I am doing the Part time jobs and my salary was paid in GBP.

I am having following question:

1. While calculating Earning power., can I use the both India and UK salary.
2. For 3 months I am not in UK , Can I show the part time salary which was paid in GBP.
3. Whether I need to consider the Gross or Net salary.


Please calrify the above points.
