Child benefit with no VISA for child and Parents ILR

Hi,

We (Parents) got ILR last month and we didnt applied for my daughter's visa. She got Indian Passport but no visa on it. She is born in UK. We have currently applied for her British Citizenship registration.

My question is can we apply for Child benefit for her?

You have ILR, so no problem you claiming Child Benefit in respect of your daughter.
