tier 1 general visa. change sole trader to limited company

Hi readers,

I am on tier 1 general visa on the basis of employment and self employment (sole trader). As the business has been increased, Now I am planning to open the limited company. I would like to ask few questions.

Is limited company falls under the tier 1 general ?
is the earning criteria as same as the sole trader?
What documents do the HO ask for?
Will it make effect at the time of extension If i replace my current business (sole trader) to limited company?
