Hello,

I am currently on Limited Leave to Remain (Tier 1 General) in the UK, but my visa is expiring in Jan 2012, after which I will be eligible for ILR.
However, my wife is planning to apply to settle in the UK as my depedant this month.
Being that I only have 3 months remaining on my current Limited Leave to Remain visa, will she be able to apply to be my dependant?
