How i can get divorse??

Me and my husband are from Latvia. We are married from 06.09.2003.
5 years ago we moved to United Kingdom. 4 years ago we split up. Now i am living with another man and expecting baby. I want to get divorce from my husband. How i can do this? I don't have my marriage Certificate from Latvia.. Please help.
