Query regarding joining a new firm while waiting for FLR

Hi,

I worked on work permit for 2 years and then last month, I joined a UK company. I joined them only when they had received the IED approval from home office. The letter from home office says that you should apply for FLR as soon as possible within next 6 months.

Now , Its only been a week since I have been working for this company, A third employer has offered me a job and ready to process my work permit. In fact allready started.

Please if any one can answer that whether

1. Can I wait for the work permit from third employer and send my pasport for FLR only for that?

2. Do I have to get FLR first for the current IED approval and then apply for FLR for the third employer.
