visit accomodation matter

Post by cuty1982 » Wed Oct 05, 2011 9:25 pm

We want to sponsor my mum and sister in Bangladesh to come and visit me, my children and family here in the UK. My husband is the breadwinner in my house and so he will be providing the financial support. He holds ILR and I have been naturalised and also a british citizen. My two children are born in the UK. The only problem is that I am living in a 2 bedroom accomodation that is private rented therefore I cannot offer their stay in my house due to lack of space whereas my parents in law live in a five bedroomed house which is owned on mortgage and there are only 4 adults living at their house.
My in laws are happy to offer my mum and sister to reside in their house whilst their stay in the UK. My mum is actually my mother in laws sister - I got married to my first cousin. can my husband and I still sponsor my sister and mum with but give details of parent in laws accomodation. Would the home office accept that. I await your replies at all.
Many thanks.
