Strong ties UK Family visit visa?

Post by Angel592 » Fri Oct 07, 2011 1:11 pm

Hi all

I'm applying for a family visit visa to see my British husband and my British in laws in the UK.
I've been living in Ireland nearly all my life.
I've been granted 3 UK Tourist visas in the past.
This will be my first Family Visitor Visa though.
I don't live with my husband in the UK, I live with my parents n 5 siblings in Ireland. Would that be sufficient evidence as strong ties? I'm dependant on my dad and I will be using his funds for my trip so I will be providing his bank statement and a letter from him saying I have permission to use his money.
Would 600 pounds be enough for 8 days? I will be staying with family so I won't be paying for my accomodation.
Please let me know if I have strong ties to Ireland based on the information given. I have also an Irish citizenship application. Will I get a letter from my lawyer saying I applied and waiting for a reply as more proof that I've strong ties to Ireland?

I would really appreciate some advice.
Thank you!
