PSW visa after BRP

i request ukba for review of my refused visa under pankina and ukba inform to apply for 1 month BRP visa after they reconsidered my case. i got 1 month brp visa. (Type "C" is written on visa). since i left uk after refusal. so pankina judgement says if visa is refused due to maintenence you need to apply for BRP visa. once you get it , you need to come to uk within one month to excercise psw. also i had overstayed in uk after visa refusal for about 3 month. can anyone please let me know whether 10 year ban is lifted due to this 1 month visa or do i need to go to uk to apply for psw to clear the ban?
