Tier 1 Dependent Visa

Hi,

I am going to apply for tier 1 dependent visa for my wife and child, thus i have clarified most of my doubts after searching on this forum, except the following

Regarding the maintenance fund i am showing the bank statements from my home country, so dont want to submit any bank statements from the UK, to avoid confusions.

Coming to rental agreement, even though it is not mandatory, i would like to know, is it okay if i submit copies of rental agreement. Also can i send the copies of my job contract details to support that i am working in UK.

Please clarify me doubts

thanks for the reply.

so i want to submit the following documents

1. Application form, duly filled and signed.
2. Application fee.
3. Photograph(s).
4. Copy of personal details pages of main Tier 1 migrant passport.
5. Copy of current leave to enter / remain (visa) of main Tier 1 migrant.
6. Original Proof of relationship (marriage certificate, birth certificate).
7. Original Evidence of maintenance funds as specified in the policy guidance.

I will submit copies of rental agreement and job contract details, not the originals, since there wont be requirement to submit these doc. in original.

Please clarify me if i am wrong
