Settlement Options - Tier 2 ICT Established Staff

Hi

I moved to UK in December 2010 on a Tier 2 ICT Established staff visa. As per my knowledge, this doesn't qualify for settlement. Please let me know:

a) Can I extend my stay in UK beyond 5 years?
b) What are the options that I have to move to a visa category with settlement option.
c) If I change employer, can I move into Tier 2 General?

1. No.
2. Tier 1 (Entrepreneur), Tier 1 (Investor), Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent), marriage to a settled person / British citizen / EEA national exercising treaty rights in the UK.
3. Yes (but from outside the UK) and it may not help as the government is considering introducing further changes to settlement rules for those who entered PBS system from April 2011 onwards.
