LTE / ILE - entry limitation?

Having obtained either LTE (KOL required) or ILE as a spouse applying for settlement, is there any time limit within which you have to cross the UK border? Many thanks

Yes - On or before the expiry date mentioned on the vignette.

Thanks, but what is that date typically? A set period after the vignette was applied, and if so, how long in practice?

LLE - 27 months from date of issue.
ILE - expiry date of passport.
