HSMP refusal for nothing..please help me

Hello folks,

I recently got refusal for my HSMP on the bases of my work experience. I clamed points for 2 years work experience but they turn that down on the bases that it was not a graduate level work experience. Even the time I joined the job, I had MBA degree from pakistan and job responsibilities are same as UK graduate.
I am not sending the application for review. I am sending fresh application in a month or two.
Can the senior members please tell me that if I make a new detailed experience letter in the current date( previous experience letter was for 2004, when I left the job and moved to UK). Will it be ok?
Secondly is it worth to make a new letter from employer stating that his job responsibilities were graduate level
Any bright ideas??

I suggest, get a new detailed experience letter equivalent to graduate level from employers.

Date of signature does not matter, Start date and end date matters.
