Simple question about Tier 1 G maintenance requirement.

Post by ukswus » Wed Oct 12, 2011 8:25 pm

Do all three statements covering the last 3 months have to be dated within the last 30 days, or only the most recent one? I always assumed the latter was true, but just now I got confused by the following statement in the guidance:

"All evidence must be dated no more than 1 month before the application is submitted."

I regularly receive monthly statements from RBS. Will they suffice, or do I have to go to the bank, and demand the new print out of the same statements, if I want to apply now?

The last date of the three month period you are covering needs to be no more than 1 month before you submit your application.

If they are online statements then yes, you need the bank to verify them as genuine
