Registration as a minor under 18

Post by inneedofhelp » Wed Oct 12, 2011 9:30 pm

Is it possible for a child to go from having discretionary leave to registering as a British citizen for a minor aged under 18 on form mn1 under section 3(1) because their future intentions seem to lie here? All aspects of their schooling has occured here and settled status is required for them to enter university)

Both parents of the child have settled status btw. (N.B. Parents are not entitled to naturalise yet so the child applying with them is not an option)
