Ive rang to INIS today and asked what the status of my application which i sent in june 2010,some lady told me its gonna be same time next year , maybe sooner than that, she also told me they are dealing with applications from 2009 now.She said to me to ring in april or march 2012 only then they will start 2010 applications

Did they hire staff they were supposed to or there is still a moratorium
