Dependant Visa

Hi Team,
I am in UK on tier-1 visa. But when i applied for that visa i have not applied for my elder daughter. I also not mentioned any information in the application about her. But now i want to apply for her visa. Can you please suggest how to proceed.

Why did you not declare your this daughter (in the application form) when applying for visa from your home country?? What made you to hide this information?

Perhaps he was not hiding it! The VAF9 application asks only that the PBS migrant applicant declare any children under 18 who are accompanying or joining at a later date. It's a very specific question and does not ask for a declaration of any and all children in a general sense.

5.6 Do you have any children under 18 accompanying you or joining you at a later date

Otherwise there appears to be no need to mention any children. His truthful response of no to the question may have been the case at the time he applied and that fact that something has changed to necessitate the child now joining the PBS migrant should not be a issue that is considered deceitful.
