except my brother who was 22 at the time of the CALL being made by the pakistan USA embassy ..

now ppl have told me that my parents can go there and file for a immigration case or family law someting i am not sure about through the lawyer and my brother will get immigration within months ?


is this possible ?
is the time frame correct?

whats the exact case the lawyer will file ?

please help guys :(

It sounds like your brother aged out. That's a common problem. I don't know if anything can be done, but I would recommend posting on the following forum, which has much higher traffic and more experienced posters:
