Post by ashok2040 » Sat Oct 15, 2011 5:14 pm

Hi Guys,

i wish Defer my judicial review oral hearing.

The case is as follows :-

I applied for judicial review and it was refused because i was in detention and i haven't got enough papers to prove them .

And i have applied myself for oral hearing and they given me a date for oral hearing November 30 th .

what should i do for derfer my case ?

i got the following reasons as i know to defer the case

1. my witness is not ready to give witness because he is not mentally ready on that day . i asked him he said after 2 or 3 months

2. And i planning to get married to prove my relationship my fiancee is true

3.i am still waiting for court papers and evidences coming from india which is against me . because no one there to help me out , i am still trying to get that

do i need any other reason to defer my case .

You certainly could request an adjournment. It request would be looked at, and if there is merit in your arguments permissions will be granted. Have you got a barrister dealing with this
