Application at Public Enquiry office

Hi ,

I am planning book an appointment for Tier 2 general online.

But on the 1st page, one of the question it asks is "Are you applying using the

premium service?" I am a bit confused with this question because I thought

this booking is meant for" in person (premium)" application only!

I have tried by saying yes to this answer and there is no date available

for next three months. And when I answer "No" to this question there are

plenty of dates available.

Please help me to understand this.

While I cannot comment on how or why the system is designed the way it is but I believe that you have to answer "Yes" to the question if you want a "same-day" assessment (and hopefully a same-day decision).

Yes- you should answer 'yes' for that question to process I think. Lucky you at least could register yourself to the system. I have been trying but the system doesn't even allow me to register! grrrrr

Hi,

Unfortunately there are no dates available at all for next 2 months.

So I have to post my application and wait for 4-5 weeks for the decision
