Hi,
My 2-year spouse visa will be due at the end of October, so surely I need to book an appointment slot at Croydon for ILR shortly.
According to the rule, the earliest slot I can book is 28 days before the due day. In my case, it will be 03/Oct/2006.
However, I call Home Office twice to try to book this day (or any day of the same week) . However, the staff told me I should call back on 03/Oct/2006 to make an appointment then.
Surely I can lie to Home Office to say my visa due on 12/Oct/2006 or so,
Then I probably can get the slot I prefer. However I don't want to do this as its not a good thing indeed.
Accordingly I suspect if I can really book a slot on 03/Oct/2006 or even the same week (before/on 06/Oct/2006)?
So, is there any tip that I can make Home Office to book my earliest appointment (between 03-06/October/2006)?
Thanks,
