I obtained my BSc HONS degree from OBU university on 23rd Sept 2011 & I am now willing to apply for a PSW visa. I am currently outside UK as my visa had expired on 31st March 2011 but I left UK on 12th Aug as a result of being granted an extended stay as a student by the UKBA owing to a visa application & appeal process. I applied for a PSW visa on the basis of my ACCA qualification in before my visa expired ie. before 31 Mar 2011 but unfortunately it was rejected by the UKBA and my appeal was dismissed.
Since now I have a BSc degree & the fact that I am now living outside UK, is there any good chances for me to get a PSW visa ?
Also I would like to know what would be the completion date of my degree because the letter I received from OBU specifies the starting date & awarding date but there is no proper mentioning of the completion date.
