Will my fiancee's son be able to come to the UK with her when she applies for her Fiancee visa, She is a graduate, speaks , reads and writes good English, he is 16 years old and in school and would wish to continus his schooling here in the UK (he speaks and also reads and writes English) he attended school for a short while when they were visiting me from Kz.

I am Engish from at least 1066

My Fiancee has sole responsibility, the boys father didn't maintain them when they were married or since their divorce 12 or 13 yrs ago.

He also gives written notarised permission for the lad to leave.
