ILR - Please can you advice

Post by luckyrush » Thu Oct 20, 2011 2:43 pm

Hi,
I first entered UK in March'2007 with work permit valid till 15th Sep'2009. I had to visit my home country in March'2009 and stayed at home country for exactly 172 days before travelling back UK in Sep'2009 on ICT2 visa valid exactly from 16th Sep'2009.

I would like to know, if i stand eligible to complete 5 years in March'2012.

Cheers.

A single absence of more that 90 days probably broke your continuous period of residence.
