Tier 2 ICT- (re)entering UK near to expiry of leave

Hi, advise needed !

I am currently in UK on Tier 2 ICT visa valid till 10 March 2012.
I am getting married in India in Feb 2012, and will be visiting India for that for 2 weeks. I am planning to come back to UK on Feb 19, 2012.
Now, my question is:-
-Will I face any problems while entering UK on Feb 19, 2012, as my visa will expire just 3 weeks later.
-What would be the kind of questions I might have to answer to the Immigration officer at UK.

My current employer is going to apply for my visa extension after I come back to UK on Feb 19,2012. Do I need to carry any documents from my employer stating that they intend to extend my visa.

Please help.
