Questions about Tier1 PSW Application

Hi ,

My questions are about the application form :

1. Section G4 asks my 'Personal Tutor'. Who actually is a personal tutor ?

2. D11 asks my personal immigration status : Shall I write "Tier4 Entry Clearance" or is there any other special name ?

3. B17 asks my previous address if I didnt stay in my latest address more than two years. But my previous address is outside UK , is that ok ?

4. Latest section also asks about ( actually asks the amounts ) driving licences & birth certificate I have none actually + there are not even in required documents lists , I will just write 0 is that fine ?

5. B18 asks for a home phone number I dont have one , what shall I do just pass ?

someone who was your supervisor in your department

2. D11 asks my personal immigration status : Shall I write "Tier4 Entry Clearance" or is there any other special name ?
"Tier 4 student visa" is what i would write

3. B17 asks my previous address if I didnt stay in my latest address more than two years. But my previous address is outside UK , is that ok ?
yea, give them international address

Just put "-" or "N/A" or leave it blank

your personal tutor is not necessarily a supervisor, but a academic member of staff you were allocated to speak to about general issues, for example, which modules you choose, problems with exams, deadlines etc and also general pastoral issues.

If you didn't have a person tutor then your dissertation supervisor, or your course leader will suffice.

Hi ,

Regarding the application form , the question B5 asks if my fingerprints were taken in any previous UK immigration application.

Years ago I entered UK with a business visa and they took my fingerprints for that , but it was not an entry clearance and ofcourse not related with immigration

And 1 year ago ofcourse I applied for Tier4 but I don't remember if they took my fingerprints.

So what shall I do, can I say yes because of the business visa ?
(BTW do they take fingerprints in Tier4 General Student Visa applications )

why do you think that a UK business visa is not an 'immigration application'.?

In addition, you would've given fingerpints for a tier 4 visa application made a year ago.
