My visa has got expire out of date . Can i flight from Norhern Ireland to London and back . or i need make new visa ? thanks ..

On this trip you would not pass through immigration.

And what i need to do ? i come to my wife 6 month ago by EEA FP visa.it's expire and i not send document for EEA2 form.Because have got plan fly to London. Can or not ?

Expiry of the family permit will not affect you unless you leave the UK try to get back in. You'll be fine with the trip as quoted.

by rules you dont need a visa to travel with int he UK territory now beware that some checkin agents do look in your passport even if its not required
( if you have a non eu passport) now they can question you about it.. then you will have to explain everything
its better to print page from home office web site where they tell you that you dont have to obtain RC etc

but you might have to waite a biot till the things are clear..
