official record of travelling dates over last 10 years

Hi,

is there any document that i can request officially which would tell me when i left the country and came back to uk over last few years.

right now, the only record i have is passport stamps but the ink is fading and it doesnt help when they are stamped on the top of each other.

i want to make it look official as well rather than just me scribbling on a piece of paper.

i intend to keep a record of it just in case i need it in my future applications

How to do a Subject Access Request

There is no guarantee though that you'll get the record of every exit / entry. But SAR is your best bet - if you cannot prove absences otherwise.
