English Test Help PLEASE

Hello,

my question is, can I show for settlement visa application, can I use two approved english tests ?

successful LISTENING test with one (19 listening with TOEFL IBT, failure with speaking)
successful SPEAKING test with another one (7 point with IELTS, failure with listening)
writing and reading are successful for the both

SO, Can I use the both english test, to show successful speaking and listeling test ?

the both test are approved

Got B1 level in Speaking test with IELTS
and B1 in Listening test with TOELF IBT

the truth, I was ill for the day of the test (flu)
but the speaking test day was one week after, so thats why I did not work well for the listening one.
the other IELTS test is in 4 months !
I just want to use the TOEFL IBT test as a prouve for the listening score B1
