hi there i would appreciate some advice, i am british born and have 3 children who are also british, i am now pregnant with my current partner who i intend to have a partnership with, could you please tell me if i would still be granted child benefit and child/working tax credit, for my other 3 children who are not my bfs children, thanks so much.

Sarah, sorry, just spotted this.

I am not sure from what you have posted whether there is an immigration angle to your query. It is also not clear whether you are already living with your boyfriend with whom you "intend to have a partnership with".

Can you please clarify?
