How does CCJ's (settled) affect VISA Application

Long story but I'd try and be brief. I part registered for an course online and failed to complete registration due to lack of access to internet. Since the form clearly stated - incomplete registration means no access to exams and cancellation - I assumed no need when I saw the form 7 days after the deadline.

The Useless Training firm took me to court and judged the case behind me as I had moved from my home address the court sent letters to. After all said and done. I paid an agreed amount for services I had not recieved & course not attended. Anyways, that all done; I realized recently, it shows settled on my Credit File tho.

Am not looking to apply for Tier 2 Visa, on the part where it asks Convictions and Civil Judgement - DO I NEED TO TICK YES and narrate this incidence as it occurred?
